Our heirloom ginger is bold, citrussy, and brimming with the classic bite and warmth you know and love. Ginger is the perfect addition to stir-fries, smoothies, noodle and rice dishes, and is essential for holiday treats like pumpkin spice, ginger snaps, pies, and, of course, candied ginger. Ginger is terrific fermented with honey and treasured for its many health benefits. Our Peruvian and Vietnamese Ginger is sustainably grown without chemicals, synthetic pesticides, or fertilizers. Note: We cannot guarantee which varieties will be included in your order.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm FRIDAY while supplies last. Example: Orders placed by 12:00 pm on  Friday, 10/25 will be available at market on 10/26.
